Job summary

Anchovy Bandit is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual Front of House roles as Lead Section Waiters. You will be responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations, with approximately 20-30 hours per week and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include table-side service, strong menu knowledge, and meeting spend per head targets. You will oversee a section, take orders, provide wine service, and ensure the venue is presented to standard.

• Experience in a similar role.
• RSA certification is required.

Anchovy Bandit is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH roles as Lead Section Waiters. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.

In-depth knowledge of the menu and associated dietary restrictions.

Meeting spend per head targets.

Being in charge of a section, taking food & beverage orders.

Knowledgeable wine service.

Delivering food and clearing tables.

Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
