Job summary

The Big Easy Group is seeking experienced Venue Manager and Restaurant Manager professionals to lead our South Australia venues and deliver elevated guest experiences. Join a nationally recognised premium dining group with celebrated chefs and a focus on hospitality excellence.

You will work closely with FOH & BOH teams, BEG Operations, Finance and Marketing to drive guest satisfaction, manage staff rosters, and uphold high service standards in a structured, high‑pressure setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality.
• RSA certification is desirable.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations through knowledgeable service.
• Meet financial KPIs including wages cost and cost of goods.
• Roster staff to forecasted revenue and events.
• Oversee the Beverage Program in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Plan, organise and execute functions and events.
• Lead coaching of junior staff and develop talent.
• Ensure venue is presented to standard at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen team and manage shifts.

Our Venues: La Louisiane, Tarantino's, Anchovy Bandit, Bandit Pizza and Wine, The Stag Public House, Bottega Bandito (x2) and 2 more venues opening within the next 9 months.

The Role

In this role, you will be working closely with our FOH & BOH Teams, Big Easy Group (BEG) Operations, BEG Finance & BEG Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
• Meet the financial KPIs (Wages cost & Cost of Goods)

• Beverage Program (in conjunction with our Operations team resources)
