Job summary

La Louisiane is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH Lead Section Waiter roles in Adelaide. Approximately 20-30 hours per week with growth opportunities as we open Louis' Brasserie & Guesthouse in early 2027.

You will manage a section, deliver table-side service, know the menu and dietary needs, hit spend per head targets, serve wine, and keep the venue presented to standard. A positive attitude and experience in fast-paced hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-energy, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• A bloody great and positive attitude.
• High attention to detail.
• RSA certification is desirable or required.

La Louisiane is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH roles as Lead Section Waiters. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.
We're opening another venue, Louis' Brasserie & Guesthouse in early 2027 - with multiple opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.

In-depth knowledge of the menu and associated dietary restrictions.

Meeting spend per head targets.

Being in charge of a section, taking food & beverage orders.

Knowledgeable wine service.

Delivering food and clearing tables.

Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
