Job summary

Hd-IT in Parramatta, NSW is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business for IT managed services, cloud, cybersecurity and professional services. You will own the full sales cycle, build and manage your pipeline, and engage IT decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions.

You will work with pre-sales, technical, marketing and service delivery teams to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Business development experience within an MSP, IT services, cloud, cybersecurity or closely related technology environment.
• A demonstrated track record of winning new clients and achieving new business sales targets.
• Strong prospecting skills and the discipline to consistently build and progress your sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other prospecting activities.
• Build, maintain and actively progress a healthy pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
• Identify and engage business leaders and IT decision makers within target organisations.
• Run discovery meetings to understand business challenges, priorities and technology requirements.
• Sell managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity and project based solutions.
• Own opportunities from qualification and proposal through to negotiation and close.
