Qualifications

• Proven success in a territory-based medical device sales role, ideally within Neurovascular or related healthcare.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and delivering technical product expertise.
• Experience managing complex hospital sales environments.
• Ability to travel to meet customer requirements in assigned territory, conferences, and business meetings.
• Experience analyzing data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to drive forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of territory revenue, market share, and therapy adoption objectives.
• Build and influence relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, procurement stakeholders, and key opinion leaders to expand neurovascular therapies.
• Deliver clinical and technical expertise to support use of neurovascular products and procedures.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase procedure volumes and accelerate adoption of therapies.
• Leverage data, analytics, forecasting, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and improve territory performance.
• Maintain high standards of operational excellence, inventory management, and customer experience.
• Provide leadership through mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices to enhance team capability.
