Stryker is seeking a Territory Manager for Neurosurgical sales in Sydney, NSW. You will own a territory across North Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, supporting neurosurgeons and theatre staff with innovative products and solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons and hospital staff.
• Experience analyzing data or trends for planning, forecasting and identifying opportunities.
• Negotiation, presentation and communication skills for hospital cross-functional teams.
• Experience building/leverage of financial solutions to drive sales.
• Healthcare/Medical Device or related health industry experience beneficial.
• Understanding of both public and private hospital sectors.
• Experience in operating theatre environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with neurosurgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for your accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions.
• Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen.
