Job summary

Stryker’s Neurovascular team in Australia invites a commercially minded sales professional to own the SA territory, building deep clinical credibility with specialist clinicians and hospital stakeholders while expanding market share.

You’ll deliver in-procedure support, manage accounts, introduce new Neurovascular technologies, and work closely with the national team across Australia to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with strong commercial and account management.
• Experience managing customer accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Ability to work in customer-facing environments and independently manage territory priorities.
• 4+ years of sales experience within medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in hospital, procedural or other complex clinical environments.
• Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts.
• Tertiary qualification in medicine, healthcare, sales, marketing or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with specialist clinicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in-procedure clinical support and develop knowledge of Neurovascular anatomy, imaging, procedures and Stryker technology.
• Manage an established territory, protecting existing business while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Introduce new products and support customers in adopting new Neurovascular technologies.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans based on customer needs and commercial opportunities.
• Manage product inventory, usage, replenishment and customer ordering.
• Prepare for upcoming procedures and coordinate customer and product requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider Neurovascular team across Australia.
