Stryker Australia is hiring an Associate Territory Manager - Neurosurgical in Sydney, NSW. This role offers a rare entry into capital medical device sales with a high-performing team and hands-on exposure to hospital environments.

You don't need prior medical device experience. You will develop sales capability, build clinician relationships, and support sales growth across the Neurosurgical portfolio while travelling across Sydney and regional NSW.

Responsabilités

• Support sales growth and new business development across the Neurosurgical portfolio.
• Work alongside Territory Managers to identify opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Build relationships with clinicians and key hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and ongoing customer support.
• Develop understanding of capital equipment sales and hospital environment.
• Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW.
