Job summary

Community Solutions in Queensland is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to help participants achieve greater independence by coordinating supports, understanding NDIS plans and budgets, and addressing barriers with action plans.

You will build relationships with participants and families, negotiate with providers, monitor billable hours and case notes, and contribute to a compliant, organised service delivery environment.

Qualifications

• NDIS knowledge and planning.
• Billing targets and case noting experience.
• High level administration, compliance, and IT skills (Excel).
• People skills with ability to motivate and build rapport.
• Business mindset with customer service focus.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with participants, families and external service providers.
• Driving as required to visit participants.
• Helping participants negotiate with providers about offerings and costs from the NDIS budget.
• Working with billable hours and targets.
• Ensuring service agreements are completed.
• Holistic capacity-building to help participants address barriers.
