Job summary

Community Solutions Apprenticeship and Traineeship Vacancies in Bundaberg, QLD, is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator to help participants achieve independence by coordinating supports and services. You will maximise NDIS plans, identify required supports, and address barriers through action planning.

Your role includes building relationships with participants and providers, visiting participants, negotiating provider offerings and costs, and ensuring service agreements are in place.

Qualifications

• NDIS knowledge and understanding of NDIS Plans/Budgets.
• Experience with billing targets and case noting.
• High level administration, compliance, and IT skills (Excel).
• People person with disability sector experience preferred.
• Business mindset and customer service focus.
• Excellent time management and high-level organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with participants, families and providers.
• Drive to visit participants as required.
• Help participants negotiate with providers on costs from the NDIS budget.
• Work with billable hours and targets.
• Ensure service agreements are completed.
• Take a holistic approach to capacity building and addressing barriers.
