Job summary

LifeFul on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to work with NDIS participants, turning plans into action and supporting independence and quality of life.

This hybrid, part-time role (3 days per week, with potential to move to full-time) focuses on building relationships, guiding choices, and connecting participants to services, while aligning with NDIS standards and delivering strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Individual Support/Disability Support required.
• NDIS experience highly valued and knowledge of participant rights.
• Strong organisational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform participant goals into clear, achievable plans.
• Connect participants with providers, support, and community opportunities.
• Monitor progress, track outcomes and ensure services are delivered.
• Identify growth opportunities for participants and LifeFul.
• Uphold NDIS standards and safeguarding while maintaining quality.
