Job summary

Mpower Inc. is seeking a part-time Plan Management Officer to join our Plan Management Team in Warrnambool. You will help NDISS participants maximise their funding by handling invoices, budgets, and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance.

The role focuses on customer service, timely processing, and strong relationship management with participants, families, and service providers. Certificate 3 in Accounts Administration or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Certificate 3 in Accounts Administration or other financial qualification.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and monitor budgets to maximise participant funding.
• Provide financial reporting and ensure participants have visibility over funding and spending.
• Maintain compliance and deliver responsive, accurate plan management services.
