Job summary

All Plan Management Pty Ltd is seeking an Intake Officer to be the first real conversation many participants have about their NDIS journey, turning what could feel overwhelming into something clear, simple and sorted. It’s fast-paced, people-focused work that requires warmth and accuracy.

You will convert conversations into same-day enrolments, speak with participants, families, carers and support coordinators daily, and manage eligibility, consent, plan data and CRM records with meticulous care

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Attention to detail in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Converting first conversations into same-day enrolments — making a complex process feel effortless
• Talking to participants, families, carers and support coordinators every day, providing clarity when things feel confusing
• Managing eligibility, consent, plan data and CRM records with the accuracy that means nothing falls through the cracks
• Explaining plan management options in plain language so people can make informed decisions with confidence
• Identifying process improvements and speaking up when something could work better
