are-able is seeking an Intake & Engagement Officer - Plan Management to deliver a positive experience for NDIS participants through skilled intake, customer service and ongoing plan management support. You will manage invoicing, data entry and payment enquiries, troubleshoot plan and payment issues, and ensure compliant processing of claims in line with NDIS requirements.

Based in Colac or Wendouree, you will build strong relationships with participants, providers and local networks to support

• Experience in administration, invoicing, data entry and client management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse communities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a changing NDIS environment.
