Job summary

Conticare in Melbourne is seeking an Accounts Collection Officer to follow up and recover overdue payments from NDIS plan managers, two days per week. You will liaise with plan managers to resolve queries and reconcile payments while keeping accounts up to date.

You'll be responsible for following up and collecting outstanding payments, mainly from NDIS plan managers. Day to day, this includes:

About you
