Job summary

Carevo in Australia is seeking a Plan Manager to handle the financial side of participant plans. You will process provider invoices, ensure payments align with NDIA pricing, reconcile budgets and prepare clear monthly statements for participants.

This is a finance and administration role, not direct support. You will liaise with support coordinators and providers, manage multiple budgets, and maintain accurate records. Remote or office-based work is available across Australia.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NDIS plan management, including Improved Life Choices budget.
• Bookkeeping or finance experience, invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliations.
• Understanding of NDIS claiming and NDIA pricing arrangements and price limits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with participant funds and provider payments.
• Ability to prepare monthly budget statements and respond to queries.
• Confident use of accounting or plan management software and office systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication for liaising with participants, coordinators, and providers.
• Organised approach to record keeping for multiple participant budgets.
• Familiarity with NDIS Practice Standards relevant to management of funding (valued).

Responsibilities
