Job summary

Keece Electrical Services – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep our Sydney projects, technicians and clients moving smoothly. Based at our Artarmon office, you’ll coordinate maintenance services across multiple states and support field teams to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes organisation, communication and teamwork, with full training on our job management system. You’ll manage schedules, respond to client requests and help with quotes and admin.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling or coordination experience, ideally within facilities management or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and think on your feet.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, coordinate and schedule incoming maintenance work orders.
• Manage technician schedules and respond to changing priorities.
• Liaise with clients, answer queries and coordinate appointments.
• Support field teams and keep Account Managers updated on job progress.
• Assist with quotes, job documentation and general administration.
• Coordinate and manage our national network of subcontractors.
