Nqpetro Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator to join the Cairns team, charged with scheduling service technicians, managing resources, and ensuring SLAs are met.

You will build strong relationships with customers, monitor performance, and lead a small service team to drive continuous improvement and strategic maintenance initiatives, contributing to service excellence and reliable client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing staff and customers in a service environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Strong leadership skills, including excellent communication (verbal and written) and motivation abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budget management.
• Ability to evaluate and respond to changing operational needs effectively.
• Strong computer skills to support scheduling and data management.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently plan and schedule Service Technicians, ensuring resources and SLAs.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee KPIs including productivity, efficiency, re-visits, WIP, billing.
• Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the service team.
• Strategic Development: Continuously develop and implement strategies to enhance maintenance and service effectiveness.
