Job summary

SWOT Fire Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an organised Service Coordinator to join our NSW team. You will coordinate day-to-day service operations, support small to large jobs from start to finish, and report to the NSW Operations Manager.

You will schedule technicians, liaise with customers, prepare quotations, order materials, and manage work orders. Strong MS Office skills and Uptick experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or project administration.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Uptick experience is highly preferred; other field-service systems are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs for technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily service and repair works.
• Manage work orders from booking to completion.
• Liaise with customers on appointments and updates.
• Prepare quotations and assist with minor project admin.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries; raise and track PO.
• Ensure service reports and documentation are accurate.
• Assist with invoicing and job closure.
• Update Uptick or other service systems and support leadership.
