Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced National Operations Control Manager for a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role coordinates nationwide operations across NSW, VIC and QLD, reporting to the National Operations Manager, and drives workforce planning, fleet and logistics, and warehouse activity to ensure on-time project delivery.

Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
Strong workforce planning, resource allocation and fleet coordination.
Excellent organisational and forward planning across multiple locations.
Leadership and stakeholder management to support operational teams.
Systems, reporting and process improvement with focus on cost control.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate daily operations across NSW, VIC and QLD, prioritising workloads and resolving issues.
Oversee national workforce planning, staff allocations and scheduling.
Coordinate fleet allocations, interstate stock transfers and logistics with visibility over deliveries and projects.
Oversee Sydney warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, quality standards and dispatch.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and streamline workflows.
