Job summary

Adelaide Convention Centre, part of Adelaide Venue Management (AVM), seeks a Workforce Planning Manager on a 12-month maternity leave contract to lead the Workforce Planning and Uniform teams, ensuring staffing levels, rostering, and labour resources align with operational requirements across our venues.

Reporting to the General Manager, People, you will drive efficient rostering, liaise with stakeholders, and support the Uniforms Coordinator to manage purchasing, issuing and stock coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce planning and rostering in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of industrial instruments, awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AVM’s workforce planning and Uniforms teams to align staffing with event calendars.
• Drive efficient rostering, labour resource planning and cost control.
• Support Uniforms Coordinator with purchasing, issuing, laundering and stock coordination across the organisation.
