Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager on a fixed-term maternity replacement basis.

You will support the Snr Operations Director across the APAC region, ensuring aligned operations with strategic goals, coordinating remote teams, and managing regional projects in a fast-paced environment. The role requires extensive operations management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel within APAC.

Qualifications

Experience in operations management within a regional context, preferably APAC.
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day APAC operations to ensure smooth processes.
Support development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with regional goals.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a regional operations team.
Assist in budgeting and financial stewardship for regional ops.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Engage with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and support regional projects.
