Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across NSW, VIC and QLD, working closely with State Operations Managers to manage priorities, resolve issues and plan upcoming workloads.

• Oversee national workforce planning, staff allocations and scheduling, ensuring resources are efficiently distributed to meet operational demands.

• Coordinate fleet allocations, interstate stock transfers and logistics, maintaining visibility across vehicle capacity, deliveries, collections and major projects.

• Oversee Sydney warehouse operations, monitoring daily KPIs, quality standards, receiving, storage, picking, preparation and dispatch.

• Monitor operational systems, compliance, reporting and processes while identifying opportunities to improve productivity, control costs and streamline workflows.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, warehouse management or a similar coordination role.

• Strong experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, fleet coordination and managing competing operational priorities.

• Excellent organisational and forward-planning skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations.

• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to support operational teams and resolve day-to-day issues.

• Strong systems, reporting and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on process improvement, compliance and cost control.
