Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CCaaS/CX/UCaaS sales with channel partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage complex legacy-to-cloud migrations.
• Executive presence with C-level communication and whiteboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own narrative to drive sales results with customers and partners through channel partners.
• Lead high-stakes discussions focused on ROI, TCO, and migration justification.
• Develop transition strategies for migrating from legacy environments to cloud-based CX.
• Lead product demonstrations and PoCs with engineering for CCaaS integrations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CCaaS landscape and differentiate Avaya’s offerings.
