Job summary

NiCE in Australia is seeking an International Consulting Manager to lead large-scale CX and AI-driven transformation programs across the APAC region. Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting, CX, or contact centre transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in CX transformation and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation and digital technologies.
• Experience in sovereign cloud/regulatory environments (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management including exec-level engagement.
• Experience in change management and adoption at scale.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in global, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VRS consulting teams with high-quality delivery.
• Own end-to-end engagements across CX, AI, workforce optimisation, digital and transformation.
• Act as senior escalation point and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Translate business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Drive value realisation with clear ROI definitions and tracking.
• Design and implement change strategies across people, process and tech.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and delivery cadence.
• Align with global VRS, product, and customer priorities.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of NiCE solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and embed best practices.
• Support commercial growth and strengthen customer relationships.
