Access4 in Sydney is seeking a CX Senior Solutions Consultant to sit at the center of pre-sales, turning business pain into compelling CX solutions. You'll discuss integration architecture with partner leads and present business cases to customer executives.

The role blends commercial and technical work across CCaaS, AI, analytics and CRM/ERP integrations. You’ll build tailored demos, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with sales, engineering and leadership to move opportunities to signature.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture with CX focus.
• Hands-on with CCaaS platforms: Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone or Amazon Connect.
• Solid foundation in Azure and Microsoft 365 integration contexts.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and contributing to RFPs/tenders.

Aufgaben

• Run discovery sessions with partners and customers to understand pain points and goals.
• Design end-to-end CX solutions across CCaaS, AI/automation, analytics, and CRM/ERP/ITSM integrations.
• Define and defend solution architecture and integration approaches (APIs, CTI, SSO).
• Build and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept tied to measurable outcomes.
• Present business cases to executives and support pipeline, deals, and forecasting.
