ACAP University College, part of Navitas, is seeking a Careers & Employability Advisor to support undergraduate and postgraduate students with career planning and learning resources in a hybrid environment. You will deliver one-on-one coaching, develop scalable content, run workshops, and partner with academic and professional staff to create meaningful employability opportunities.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in career education or equivalent in a higher education context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding student and/or client experiences in a career development and/or planning context.
• Knowledge of career development theories with awareness of graduate outcomes and employability literacies.
• Experience delivering workshops and presentations (in-person, online and hybrid).
• Familiarity with working and collaborating across teams in a hybrid working environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive career guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Facilitate one-on-one career planning sessions for learners at various stages of the student journey.
• Develop and deliver career development learning resources and experiences at scale.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate career-related events and networking opportunities.
• Stay updated with job market trends, industry requirements, and employment opportunities.
