Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end rollout of major customer contracts and ensure delivery against KPIs. You will partner with National Key Account Managers and the NCET to align stakeholders, manage timelines and reporting.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of electrical wholesale operations, proven project management skills and experience handling strategic accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical wholesale branch operations.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated project management capability.
• Commercial experience engaging with strategic clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract implementation, turning contract documents into clear, practical rollout plans.
• Work closely with National Key Account Managers and internal key stakeholders
• Project manage implementation activities
• Align internal and external stakeholders, setting expectations and confirming deliverables
• Manage the NCET National Customer Engagement Team
• Formally close out implementations once all criteria are met
• Support customer reporting requirements
• Ensure contract KPIs - including DIFOT, cost savings and service metrics - are consistently achieved
