Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Care / Key Account Coordinator to join the National Customer Engagement Team in Moorabbin. You will manage a portfolio of national accounts, coordinating orders, quotes and deliveries while liaising with Rexel branches, suppliers and account managers across Australia.

You will bring experience from electrical wholesale or trade distribution and demonstrate clear communication to resolve issues and keep orders moving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or trade distribution.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, pricing and delivery enquiries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to national customer accounts.
• Coordinate orders, quotations, deliveries and account requirements.
• Liaise with Rexel branches, National Key Account Managers and suppliers.
• Obtain pricing, availability, lead times and order-related information from suppliers.
• Follow up on orders, backorders and delivery issues to resolution.
• Support sales conversations and identify opportunities within accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and account records in internal systems.
• Prepare reports and customer information using Excel, PowerPoint and related tools.
• Use initiative to improve processes and deliver positive customer outcomes.
