Job summary

Rexel Adelaide is seeking an experienced internal sales professional to support major commercial customers. You will be the primary branch contact for Territory Sales Managers, nurturing relationships and delivering high-quality service across data/communications and electrical sectors.

You will handle quotes, orders and ongoing account requirements, communicating effectively by phone and email, and contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, internal sales, account management or a customer-focused commercial role.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone, email and in person.
• Commercially minded with a focus on achieving sales outcomes.
• Organised and able to manage multiple requests, quotes and orders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key branch contact for designated major accounts and support TSMs.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers in electrical and data/communications sectors.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders and manage through to completion.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide product information, availability, pricing and order updates.
• Follow up quotes and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in PRONTO.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support; contribute to a positive branch culture.
