Job summary

Rexel Australia in Adelaide seeks an experienced Key Major Accounts team member for our internal sales group. You will manage major commercial customers, liaise with Territory Sales Managers and ensure high-quality service across data/communications and electrical sectors.

You will handle quotes, orders and ongoing account requirements in a full-time, Monday–Friday role with occasional Saturday mornings. Collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, internal sales or account management with a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotes and orders.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key branch contact for designated major accounts and support Territory Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers in electrical and data/communications sectors.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders and manage them through to completion.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide product information, availability, pricing and order updates.
• Follow up quotes and identify opportunities to convert inquiries into sales.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in systems (PRONTO).
