Rexel Australia is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our flagship Hindmarsh branch. You will drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer service, operational excellence and profitable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, optimise inventory, champion digital solutions, and uphold a safety-first culture across the branch.

Qualifications

• Leadership or branch management experience.
• Strong sales and business development capability.
• Experience managing operational performance and supply chain activities.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communication with customers and teams.
• Customer-first mindset with relationship-building ability.
• Strong commercial awareness and results-driven approach.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, wholesale or trade sectors is advantageous.
