Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to be the day-to-day contact for technology across SCECS while supporting the IT Manager. You will provide practical technical support and help develop consistent ICT processes throughout our services.

Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience, preferably across multiple locations.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Experience across Windows, macOS and iOS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical staff.
Willingness to travel regularly to SCECS services across Sydney.
Current NSW Driver Licence and Working with Children Check & Police Check.

Responsibilities

Service desk: manage daily requests, incidents and issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate as needed.
Create user guides and knowledge articles for staff.
Support teams transitioning to new technology platforms.
Identity & Access: onboarding/offboarding, Entra ID management, access reviews.
Device management: configure and deploy Windows and Apple devices, manage licenses.
Site support: travel to services to provide hands-on ICT support, resolve networking and AV issues.
