Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to be the day-to-day contact for technology and to support the IT Manager. You will resolve issues, configure devices, and help develop consistent ICT processes across our services.

This role requires experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Windows, macOS and iOS, plus a willingness to travel to SCECS services across Sydney. Applicants should have a NSW driver license and Working with Children/Police checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support role, preferably across multiple locations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and iOS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technology clearly to staff with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Good written communication and ability to create user guides.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Sydney.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service desk requests and incidents.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions.
• Develop simple knowledge articles and guides.
• Support staff transitioning to new technology platforms.
• Travel to SCECS services to provide hands-on IT support.
• Maintain ICT procedures and runbooks.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and access management.
