Job summary

360 Health Clinic is seeking an organised administrator to be the central hub for referrals, bookings and administration across Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi and Manilla. You’ll be based at 360 Fitness Club in Tamworth, coordinating the clinic diary and client care across four locations.

You’ll triage tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage invoicing and funding across private, WorkCover, NDIS, DVA, Medicare and Support at Home, and provide essential support to the Managing Director and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a reception or administration role, ideally in healthcare or allied health.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a calm, caring manner.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail to juggle multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence working independently as a sole administrator while supporting clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Front of house: greet clients, answer phones, emails and enquiries for all four clinics.
• Referrals and approvals: manage referrals from GPs, specialists, NDIS, insurers and self-referrals.
• Bookings: manage enquiries and appointments across clinic diary in Nookal.
• Invoicing and payments: process payments across multiple funding streams.
• Records and compliance: keep client files and funding approvals accurate.
• General administration: ordering supplies, filing, data entry and ad hoc tasks.
