Kids Therapy Club is expanding across Queensland and seeks an experienced Clinic Administration Manager to oversee daily operations at our Yarrabilba and Nerang sites. You will partner with the National Operations Manager and Clinical Director to support clinicians, standardise workflows, and uphold high service standards.

You will lead administrative staff, manage scheduling and client communications, ensure NDIs/compliance, and drive a warm, efficient patient experience across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong administration or practice management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily administration and front-of-house operations across both clinics.
• Lead, support, and develop administrative staff.
• Manage scheduling, bookings, and client communication.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies and NDIS requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks, documentation, and workflow systems.
• Ensure clinics present a warm, organised, and welcoming environment.
• Support operational excellence, branding consistency, and client experience.
• Liaise with clinical leaders to ensure smooth multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Monitor reporting, data accuracy, and administrative KPIs.
