Job summary

Northern Rivers Health Hub combines Murwillumbah Family Doctors with a multi-disciplinary health hub across Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pharmacy, Pathology, and more. The Practice Manager will lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and shape culture across multiple sites.

You’ll oversee reception, clinical and admin staff, billing, compliance, and recruiting, while partnering with ownership on growth strategies for the group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site health services or clinics.
• Strong operational, financial and HR oversight in healthcare.
• Ability to implement systems improvements and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and team performance across sites.
• Support and develop reception, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Oversee billing processes, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and compliance.
• Contribute to recruitment, rostering, and fostering a positive team culture.
