Job summary

Infinite Rehab in Sydney region is seeking a friendly receptionist/administrator to welcome clients, answer phones, manage bookings, and support clinical staff across our Gregory Hills clinic and community sites.

This role is Mondays and Wednesdays with a potential third day, 8:30am–5:00pm, offering meaningful part-time work with room to grow hours and experience in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, reception or admin role (healthcare or allied health experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• Someone warm, organised, and unflappable when things get busy
• Great communication skills – you’ll be dealing with clients, clinicians and outside organisations all in one day
• Comfortable with technology and picking up new systems
• A genuine interest in being part of a team that helps people

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients to our Gregory Hills clinic and helping them feel at ease
• Managing bookings, scheduling and diary coordination for both our clinic-based and community-based teams
• Answering phones and emails, and being the go-to person for client queries
• Supporting our clinicians with day-to-day admin so they can focus on great client care
• Liaising with funding bodies and referrers as needed (NDIS, Workcover, DVA, and similar)
• Keeping the front-of-house running like a well-oiled machine
