Kedron-Wavell Ltd is seeking a proactive ICT Assistant to join our IT team across multiple venues in Chermside. You will support Microsoft 365, local Active Directory, and end-user devices while troubleshooting issues quickly across sites.

Experience with SwiftPOS or POS systems is highly regarded. This role offers exposure to a range of hospitality technology, AV setups, and network basics within a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with local Active Directory.
• Previous experience in an IT support, helpdesk or similar technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi and connectivity troubleshooting.
• POS systems experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the management and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and local Active Directory environments.
• Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently across multiple sites.
• Assist with support and maintenance of Point-of-Sale systems, including SwiftPOS, terminals, printers and related devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, Wi‑Fi and other IT-related equipment.
• Assist with software and hardware installations, configurations and updates.
• Provide support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, tablets and peripherals.
• Assist with support and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment, including display screens, microphones, meeting room technology and digital signage.
• Help maintain and support business-critical operational systems such as POS, AV and related hospitality technology.
• Liaise with internal staff, third-party vendors and external support providers as required.
• Assist with maintaining IT documentation, asset registers and support procedures.
• Support the IT team with various day-to-day tasks, site visits and projects as needed.
