Multi-Site Network & Systems Engineer - IT Support

Job summary

Trippas White Group is seeking an experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer to support our technology infrastructure across hospitality venues, corporate offices and remote sites in Sydney. You will report to the IT Director and ensure operation, maintenance and security of IT systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 2+ years in IT support or similar, and strong knowledge of Windows, M365, AD/Azure, and network troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or Service Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD and user account administration.
• Demonstrated experience supporting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Experience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection and IT security best practices.
• Experience managing user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to provide support across multiple sites and business locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across the business, ensuring operation, maintenance and security of IT systems, networks and end-user devices.
• Collaborate with employees, managers and external vendors to deliver high-quality technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement technology solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users and document processes and solutions.
• Support across multiple sites and remote locations as needed.
