Job summary

Trader House is seeking an ICT Support Technician to keep our Melbourne venues running smoothly. You will provide Level 1–3 support for on-site and remote teams, manage hardware/software, and coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues, including POS systems from H&L and Tevalis.

You should have 2+ years in ICT support, strong Apple and Windows knowledge, and familiarity with Sophos firewalls. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, within a dynamic

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICT support experience, hospitality/retail preferred
• Strong knowledge of Apple and Windows operating systems
• In-depth understanding of the H&L POS system
• Familiarity with Sophos firewalls or similar security appliances
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 ICT support onsite and remote for restaurant teams
• Offer remote support for Brisbane sites as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network on Apple and Windows
• Configure and maintain Sophos firewalls and security solutions
• Support cloud-based software and security
• Install and maintain ICT equipment (laptops, POS, printers, networking devices)
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation of ICT assets and procedures
• Develop and adhere to venue ICT budget
• Address POS configurations and updates for H&L Tevalis systems
