Job summary

Banks Benchtops on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated junior IT professional to join our Queensland-based team across multiple sites. You will work with the IT Manager in Arundel to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, while gaining exposure to a broad range of systems, AI integrations, and projects.

You will provide frontline IT support, manage Microsoft 365, assist with device management, and contribute to AI tool deployments across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of practical IT experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 basics.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompts.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support across five sites.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, iOS devices, and printers.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 environment.
• Assist with device management via MDM.
• Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding in Entra ID.
• Monitor email security and phishing responses.
• Contribute to IT projects including CRM integrations and SharePoint development.
• Assist in evaluating and deploying AI tools.
• Maintain IT documentation and assets.
• Liaise with vendors and support contacts.
• Provide remote and on-site support as needed.
• Support CRM platforms like HubSpot, Cin7, Salesforce.
• Support networking and server infrastructure.
• Assist industry software like AutoCAD/SecAD.
