Ever Nimble is excited to present two IT Support Technician roles to join the Onboarding Support team in our West Perth office. This is ideal for individuals seeking to gain more experience in a forward-thinking, supportive company.

We will provide awesome first and second-line tech support to customers, covering hardware and software across various industries, with on-site troubleshooting when required. MSP experience and mining exposure are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Existing helpdesk/MSP experience is desirable.
• Experience supporting mining industry is desirable.
• Familiar with laptops, desktops, servers, storage and network devices.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to customers.
• Support hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, storage and networking devices.
• Support diverse software across many industries.
• Handle on-site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
• Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when needed.
• Keep up-to-date with latest hardware and software trends.
