Qualifications

• 5+ years' IT support experience, MSP preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure).
• Ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 2.5 issues
• Support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• Manage Active Directory users, permissions, policies, and groups
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall)
• Support Windows desktops and servers
• Assist with Azure and cloud technologies
• Provide onsite support and maintain client relationships
• Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Document solutions and drive continuous improvement
