Job summary

Barry Nilsson seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to join our Perth team. This hands-on role provides 2nd level support across all offices, with onsite and remote assistance to keep staff productive.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity while improving processes in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, understands Windows desktop, and can manage PC connectivity, iManage, and Microsoft 365, plus AV tech and device

Qualifications

At least 5 years in IT support or helpdesk in a professional services setting.
Certifications or solid understanding of Windows desktop.
Experience with PC connectivity (patching, Ethernet, TCP/IP, VPN).

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support to staff across all offices, troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity.
Serve as a key helpdesk contact, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
Onboard new users and manage user accounts.
Deploy, maintain and support laptops, printers and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot apps including iManage and Microsoft 365.
Assist with setup and support of video conferences and AV equipment.
Support SOE deployment and maintenance.
Maintain documentation and IT asset register; support intranet upkeep.
Collaborate with colleagues to understand needs and drive IT service improvements.
