Job summary

WSP is seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to deliver responsive, customer-focused technology support across the Perth office and regional offices. You will help keep day-to-day IT services running, resolve issues, and ensure staff have the tools they need to do their best work.

You’ll provide 2nd-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, using ITSM processes and clear communication to resolve or escalate incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a computing discipline or equivalent.
• Experience delivering end-user IT support and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-level support for incidents and service requests.
• Offer deskside and on-site support for end-user devices and collaboration tech.
• Maintain asset records in CMDB and assist with lifecycle activities.
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies.
• Collaborate with regional teams and vendors as required.
