Job summary

Searchability® is hiring a Business Development Manager in Australia to drive new business in the MSP space. You will own the sales motion, build a robust pipeline, and close deals while leveraging uncapped commission and a new CRM platform to support growth.

The role is hybrid, with office-based activities and client-facing work across Brisbane-focused markets and regional clients. Strong MSP knowledge and a self-starting, commercially sharp approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities in an MSP context.
• Proven ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Comfort with commission-driven targets and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the MSP target market.
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting through to close.
• Running the full sales cycle – discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Collaborating with technical and service delivery teams to scope fitting solutions.
• Using the company's CRM to manage pipeline, track activity, and report progress.
• Developing relationships with prospective clients and understanding their IT pain points.
• Focusing on early quick wins while building sustainable pipeline momentum.
