Job summary

Peninsula is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business in the Australian SME market. This role emphasizes proactive prospecting, pipeline creation and closing opportunities with business owners.

You’ll build a personal pipeline through networking and referrals, leverage Salesforce for pipeline management, and aim to consistently exceed activity and revenue targets. A base plus uncapped commission is typical in this fast-growing sales environment.

• Proven success in new business development or field sales.
