Lyra Technology Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for their operating company All IT Services, based in the Northern Beaches, Sydney. The role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with SMB clients, and converting prospects into long-term managed services customers.

You will work closely with the Head of Client Relationships and CEO, shaping a dedicated sales engine for growth and collaborating with experienced leadership to support your success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technology services or MSP sales is preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development.
• Strong communication skills with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events and vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Lead discovery meetings and identify client needs to tailor solutions.
• Present proposals and negotiate commercial terms for managed services.
• Win new managed services agreements and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
