TeamMoto Motorcycles in Campbelltown is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the workshop, drive performance, and deliver a premium customer experience. You will manage a team of Service Advisors, Technicians and Apprentices, control budgets and report on performance, with a focus on profitability and service excellence.

You will report to the Dealer Principal / Group Service Manager and play a key role in staff development, service delivery, and maintaining high workshop standards.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service role.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Strong commercial sense: budgets, KPIs, labour efficiency and gross profit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Run day-to-day operations of a busy workshop.
• Hit department KPIs and maintain capacity.
• Work with Dealer Principal on budgets and reporting.
• Lead and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and Apprentices.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager to ensure timely delivery of jobs.
• Manage warranty claims and customer escalations.
• Maintain WHS compliance and workshop safety.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
